Condition: Unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with receipt.

We’ll send a prepaid label and instructions once approved. Unauthorised returns aren’t accepted.

Non-returnable: Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care items, hazardous/flammable goods, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges: Return for a refund, then place a new order.

EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies (items must be in original condition).
