About Us

Hala Palestine (formerly called Homemade Palestine) is a small business founded in 2024 between San Francisco, CA* and Ramallah, Palestine.

Our mission is to support traditional handcrafts and micro-economies in Nablus, Bethlehem, Al-Khalil, and elsewhere in the region of Palestine. We provide a platform for Palestinian artistry, promote Palestinian cultural practices abroad, and contribute to the economic empowerment of Palestinian communities.

We source directly from the skilled hands of artisans. Since March 2024, we have played an instrumental role in supporting a textile factory in Nablus to begin producing Nablus Keffiyeh. We also work with woodcarvers in Bethlehem, weavers and leather-workers in Al-Khalil, young jewelry-makers in Nablus, and more.

Thank you for supporting Palestinian family-owned, family-run small businesses in Palestine and the diaspora.
